I’d also like to take this opportunity to extend my own personal guarantee to you, and outline just what you can expect when you engage Highfields Property Services to carry out home improvements in Northamptonshire.
First of all, we are a company with the vision, experience and know-how to help you create the home that you want to live in. Whether that’s by maximising the space you have available or adding more, by having new windows, doors and flooring or by plumping for a brand new kitchen. Or a combination of these things.
You can expect a high level of specification and build standards, seamless project management and outstanding results. While we’re working at your home, we’ll respect it as if it was our own, tidying up properly as we go and when we’ve finished.

This is because at Highfields, we know that our reputation is everything. So we don’t put that at risk by employing subcontractors who we don’t know. We employ our own staff who are all specialists in their respective fields. These include builders, plasterers, plumbers, carpenters, joiners, kitchen fitters, window fitters and flooring specialists.
Naturally, we are registered with all of the respective trade bodies including FENSA. We are a Which? Trusted trader and all of our work is fully covered by a comprehensive insurance-backed guarantee from Quality Assured National Warranties. This is in addition to the standard manufacturer’s guarantee you will have with any products we supply and fit.
